I guess I'm missing something, but I have it on the N64 and thought it was pure and utter muck.
What exactly is supposed to be good about the series?

Get 4 mates together with a crate of beer. It's button mashing fun for the first few days until you realies that there's actually a very complex and unique beat'em up hidden behind the cute exterior. There's not much fun to be had in single player other than unlocking everything.

Granted I did mainly play it in single player, but after about 10 matches I gave up on it because it did just seem like childish button mashing.
My 6 yr old sister loved it though!
