Lads Holiday

OK, so i'm planning a lads holiday. I'm 22, and for the past 4 or 5 years have been in the states or inter-railing or stuff like that. I've never gone to an Ibiza type holiday. Now i'm lookin to go somewhere where we won't meet up with everyone from home, for obvious reasons. Last year, i was talkin to some lads who got off bus at their hotel at the same time as about 50 people from they're home town got off... This was Santa Ponsa which i know is popular with Irish holiday go-ers. Now i'm thinking of somewhere like Zante or Aiya Napa. I know these places are predominantly Englis holiday makers, but i really don't care. I won't be fighting with English people in my celtic jersey saying that they should **** off coz of the last 800 years... In fact, the large english presence is almost a draw because i thing English girls may be a breath of fresh air after spending far too much time with irish girls for the last few years...lol... So anyone got any advise on good locations?? Anyone been to Zante or Aiya Napa and have any feedback to give me?
    Cheers for any feedback.
    Tom
