PokerTracker importing hand problem

Hey guy - playin 2/3 tables for the last while - and have just noticed that pokertracker isn't importing the hands for one of the tables. it did for 45 hands, i then closed it and reopened it - and it update them again - but now its stop again - just for one table - any idea what it may be? have i "clicked" something…
