    Did any of you read the article in the daily mail about an irish heavyweight named Scott Belshaw?

    I found his training methods interesting- part of his training is getting a two stone lump hammer and taking apart an aeroplane tyre with it. Apparently some of the big hitters used to do something similar.

    I wonder did it help him win last night in Cork?
