I've been wearing daily disposables for the past 13 months. How often should I have my eyes checked if I am experiencing no problems?

Your optician should send you a letter telling you to book a check up.

I'd book one, there's nothing worse than straining your eyes by wearing the incorrect lenses when you didn't realise your prescription has changed!

I think the recommended interval is every 2 years. Then they always increase your prescription, till you end up wearing what reassemble old milk bottle ends as glasses!

Contact lens check up every year.

    Sight tests every 2.
