    Hi,
Wonder if any of ye have come accross this before.
Neighbours kids psp turns on,can hear the start up,can go through settings but no picture on screen?
Now the picture did come on once but that was after maybe 20 attempts.

It wont suprise me if it was dropped etc he is 5 years old.

Any ideas?Should i open and check cables or is there a repair clinic etc for these?
This unit hasnt been downgraded or modded in any way.

    Kind Regards,
    Kieran

How old is the PSP? Out of warranty?
You can disassemble the PSP pretty easily and check if the screen connector has come loose, broken.
If you can hear sounds and it powers on, the motherboard is ok.
