Yes, the reason it closed down was because there was only one road leading to it, so anyone who was drink-driving couldn't escape the guardi. Eventually the crowds got smaller and smaller so it had to be closed down. Also the devil never appeared there. I know the true story, if you would like to email me. Having said that, the place is full of ghosts! :eek:

I wouldnt say that now. As far as hauntings have been reported there is nothing there only the Devil story which was created to cover the fact that the daughter was pregnant out of wedlock and also went crazy. Other then that there is nothing much. Plenty of other haunted places out there .
