caling out to a customer today, he wants ink for his dell printer

so can you buy dell ink in the shops

i can call into pc world, tescos, dunnes, or click

Dell use rebranded lexmark printers.
However the lexmark cartriges will not fit the dell printer unless you modify it slightly there is a plastic tab in the black cartige holder which prevents lexmark cartrige from fitting this can be removed with a sharp blade.

I don't know if this is true of all Dell printers but this is the case with A940
Black cartridge P/N: 7Y743 (equivalent to Lexmark "82")
Color cartridge P/N: 7Y745 (equivalent to Lexmark "83")

Basicly Dell want you to buy ink off them.
Don't know if this helps since its for a customer and I Don't know what printer you have
