    Flor Griffen in Cork has got this package which seems quite good. A 32' LCD Phhilips tv , a black and chrome stand (looks rather impressive), and a Philips surroud system all for €899

    Sounds like good value.
    Any idea what model the TV and surround system are?
    Also- is it just ex-display stock- or do they have multiple units at this price?

    They have shops on Town , Douglas and Ballincollig I think.

    There not display stock , its all new units.Im not to sure which model TV it is but the salesman said it the latest and pretty high spec.

    after checking this out I'm not impressed. The stand does indeed look nice, but the included surround system is only 2.1, the dvd player doesn't have HDMI out, it doesn't upscale, and the TV really isn't all that great it seems. Not worth it for the price! Buy the components individually and get upscaling and 5.1!!!
