IIRC cos I haven't seen it in about ten years the Dukes have bought loads of futures, ie betting on the future price of oranges, and Ackroyd and Murphy drive down its price by screaming sell causing the market to crash and the Dukes then sell before they lose anymore than they already have. Ackroyd and Murphy then buy loads of stock when the price hits rock bottom knowing the price will go up. The difference between the price they paid at rock bottom and the price they sell for at the end is their millions. The Dukes on the other hand have to pay the difference between what they bought and later sold the futures for when they were at rock bottom. Hence they lose everything.

I can't get why tradesmen seem to find it next to impossible to put their skills to use when they get home.

From a Sparks point of view, there's a couple of lightswitches in my house from before I moved in.
They do my head in, they switch the wrong way and one is screwed to the back box using them black screws they use for plasterbord.

It does my head in buy as much as I mean to I never, ever seem to get round to tackling this 5 minute job.

Is it just me or do any other Tradesmen have this problem?

I don't get most music made after 1978. I dont get electronic music at all, and dance music is largely crap, annoying, tinny repetitive drool farted out the back of a DJ's coke ridden cockhole. I dont get night clubs either. **** them all.

I re-read your main post.
I don't agree with a couple of things but most of it is as if you've been reading my mind.

Particluarly Madonna. Her scam is on a par with the Niteclub scam.
First of I'll say this, I'm not a fan but I don't have a problem with her music.
My main problem is the way she was touted as such a sex symbol for years.
She's rancid baby...
Honestly I rather take Ann Widdecombe home (well maybe not but).

As I said, no problem with Madonnd, here music, adoptions, religions, etc.
Just the fact that she's pushed onto us as a sex symbol.
The music industry likes doing this, it's like if they keep telling us someone is beautiful / sexy / etc that we'll eventually accept.

Another example is Britney Spears, I'm sure alot will disagree with me about this but personally I never though she was fit.
