This got moved to education but ****in tom dunne won't help.

I had a panic attack 36 hours ago not one of those bull**** 5 minute things but a sort of drawn out one. It occured (in harmony with the cbt model) when i had a thought that DIT is moving to grangegorman up to then i was really happy in my course. I know its years off and could be delayed but I cant help being irrational and therefore panicky. I f*ckin hate that Belfield campus. The winds like what the hell..Siberia? and this gg camp will be like dat i tink

    Need attention

    Please moderator

Tom dunne was in discussion with us about your continued threads coverband.

Exactly what do you want in terms of PI?.

Moderators are here to moderate the forum and ensure everything is in order and there is no excess muppetry.

In the past couple of days you have started two threads asked one to be deleted and had the other moved.

If you need attention, go to your course supervisor, go to a doctor or look at the relevant resources available on campus.
This is an internet forum and while most posters are willing to give help and advice, they can only do so when you have a structured post.

If you are having panic attacks the advice about going to seek trained professional help is the best, also have a look at the stickies at the top of this page.

Perhaps you could call or email the Samaritans.

We are not counsellors and the charter specifically states we do not dispense medical advice.

If you need a counsellor go to your student support services. Go to your GP and get refferals.

If you are having such severe panic attacks then it is the wisest most logical course of action.

I agree with Marksie. Your posts have no structure and as such raise eyebrows. If you want considered help, try considered posting. In the case of your panic attack I would suggest seeking medical help as having an extended panic attack over a possible move, way in the future is irrational. All panic attacks have some basis in irrationality, but that seems excessive. As I say, seek help.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.
