Loosing the Ned!!!!

    Hi
    im trying to loose the Ned since New Years
    i think im Reasonably healthly
    im off the smokes since jan 1st
    Train for 1 and 1/2 hours on a Tuesday with a local Soccer team
    play astro on a Thursday for an hour
    and then a match on Sat

    in the morning i would have 2 toast
    Lunch is Brown Bread Sambo with salad + ham (no butter) + apple +bannana+ Pk crisps
    then normal Dinner
    might have toast before i go to bed

    the Ned is refusing to Budge !!!!!
    where am i going wrong?

    Your diet is mainly carbohydrates - for weight loss you'd want to reduce that a good bit (particularly on days you're not playing soccer), and up your intake of proteins and healthy fats.

    You need a protein source at every meal - you need some in your breakfast.

    Drop the toast last thing at night - if you need something make it a protein source - some meat, a boiled egg, or a few nuts.

    If you can split your meals up into about 5 smaller meals that would help, too.

    Another thing that might help is adding in some resistance training, it really helps boost the metabolism.
