Hi, i am in a new job 3months its grand and all be I am a tech on the second shift, I hate nights and would give my right arm to just work days everyweek. Any ideas of ways I could get around this part of my contract. Should I just wait it out and see if a day position opens

If you signed your contract saying that shift work is part of the deal, then youre stuck with it until you either
a) get a new job
b) renegotiate your contract

I was not aware at the time I was going to be the sole member of the team on call, also when on nights I am working on my own. I will meet with supervisor
