I would love to have a method or a software tool to track what processes are using my Windows XP 'Generic host processer' (svchost) to contact remote hosts.

Currently I have my Kerio firewall configured to block/allow svchost depending on what I understand and approve. Its often hopeless trying to figure out what is going on by doing a whois on the remote url.

Some way of finding out the actual service being requests would be mighty helpfull to.

The application of this tool/method for malware detection is obvious, I hope.
