Faulty Dvd?

I got a dvd boxset with 3 discs in it. The thing is one of the discs doesn't seem to work:( I tried it in 3 different dvd players and all it said was loading then wrong disc! Both the other discs in the box set work fine! Anyone any ideas what the problem might be?
