    Hi,

I am thinking about buying some property in the US later on this year but Im not sure of the best way to finance the deal.

I will have 20% as downpayment. I am wondering would it be better to get financing (mortgage) in Ireland or the US. I dont think it will be that easy for me to get credit in the US as I dont have a credit score there.

Does anyone know the best process for Irish buying property in the US.

btw I have no green card / Us passport etc.

    Any advice would be great.

    Thanks,

    Mike
