    Cheers Graeme

Few mixed posts there I feel, sure the proof will be in the pudding come this weekend anyway. Dont mind playing a hilly course or a different course with challenges, compared to the flat, lifleless tracks around.

    Nice one

I keep meaning to go up and have a go at it myself. Never got round to it yet though. Maybe when the weather picks up (if it ever does anyway!!).

Let me know how you get on!

Lads its a mountain, steady climb all the way on the back 9, i played it about a year ago. I hope its progressed, nice bunch of lads there. Clubhouse was being built at the time. Bring the oxygen tanks though, the air gets thin....

Not a huge fan of the "report this post" feature, but I'd like to say that you are grating on my nerves a little with your site promotion. I'd prefer if you'd put a link to it in your signature on here, then post some 'regular' stuff that is not attention seeking, thread hijacking type posts

just a note here, that ratem has been warned, had some threads and posts deleted. It appears here that he is trying to work within the boards rules by pointing people to the other thread. This one is not really on as it adds nothing to the thread but I will leave it in as it has been quoted and replied to. Ratem, this is a final warning, this is being carefully watched. Anyone else please do use the report post feature if you see anything potentially dodgy.

Got on grand Graeme, challenging track, narrow fairways (on some holes). Greens were in great condition for time of year and its a course thats open all year round.

Yes its carved into the side of a hill (not mountain) but they've used the contours very well indeed. Only gripe was the climb on the 9th heading back to the clubhouse....that was tough, but hey not all tracks are flat.

Met up with nice bunch of lads too, very friendly, including the banter.

Overall enjoyed my first morning back out.

Sounds good golfnuts and cheers for the report back.

    Was it busy?

I'm looking for somewhere to play on Saturday morning so might head up there if the weather is ok. Anyone else looking for a game on Sat morning just give me a PM!

Busy enough for a Sun morning, got out at 930 with a 2 or three waits on tee boxes through the 18. So all n all not bad

it's a good course, but imo definitely requires either a buggy or a third lung. It seems to be all uphill.
