Compensation for Cancellation of Flight

    Hi,

Am I entitled to any compensation for a flight that has been cancelled?

I am due to be travelling 1st week of March, but this route has been pulled (I've been informed by a friend in the airport) from end of Feb onwards.

BTW I've received no communication from airline, but same flight is no longer available for booking on their site, and status of my flight has been wiped from the View Booking link.

    Many thanks in advance.

First thing to do is to contact the airline.

They may have altered your travel arrangements and then the e-mail to you might have been blocked. If you selected to accept contact by mail (or in some cases didn't deselect the option), then the onus is on you to ensure you receive any communication from them. Silly, I know, but not impossible.
