i was thinking about setting up a wireless network at home, in my dads office for him, however his data is quite sensitive, if it ever got out, it could cause major problems, wat im wondering is if its possible to eliminate the security risks that wireless networks presents?

Ensure he's using at least WPA-PSK as his encryption (may just be called WPA).
Use a long, massively random key. It'll be a pain to type on each device, but its worth it as it will be far harder for anyone to try to crack.

If his data is that sensitive, don't use wireless. It's just not worth the risk.
