just wondering if anyone has had any good experiences of a ski holiday in a catered chalet? Im looking to book for a group of approx 18 people for next Christmas but don't know where to start! Ideally I would love one within walking distance of a busy enough town (bars, shops etc) with slopes suitable for beginners? Stayed in a lovely town near Morzine in the French Alps last year but would love to try somewhere new!

    Hi ,

Just back from a lovely chalet in Meribel . Chalet holds 19 , great food . 2 Min walk to the slopes and 5-10 mins to the town . Its called chalet Neige and Meribel is great for beginners/intermediates . We went through the UK but found out after that Budgetski also have this on their list.

    Hope this helps.
