    Hi all

Is there an easy way to get old VCR tapes onto my pc eg a Scart to USB type connector?

    Cheers

You could buy one of those TV tuners for the PC and use the RF ouput from the VCR as the input and just tune to the right channel.

Cheers I'll have a look into it - presumably they're not too expensive?

If you saw a DVD recorder going cheap second hand, that might be the easiest way as it gives you DVD that you can then just copy onto your computer.

Maybe something like this? (But it's not vista compatible)
