    hi lads, my mother is looking at a car tomorrow and if she likes it she will pay cash for it my only concern is how do i find out if there is finance on the car ???

    Any garage can check. You won't be able to find out on a sunday though. If she like it she should consider putting a deposit on it only imo.

    thanks lads, found this one http://www.carsireland.ie/car-check.html cheaper 2, turns out there was finance owed on the car after the seller telling me there wasnt:( bastard, that could of been 12.5k down the toilet.

    Can you show a link to the report where it shows there is finance outstanding? If so, I've no problem of you posting a link to the ad here. Did the seller verbally state that there was no outstanding finance, or have you it written somewhere (or email)?
