40% off Dell printers

Remember to keep in mind the cost of replacement cartridges for the Dell printers - not sure if they're still rebadged Lexmarks, but if they are then stay clear unless you do very little printing or live near a good cartridge refilling place.

I wouldn't take one if they gave me e61 for it!!

I use one at work and it is crap. Replacement cartridges are only available at Dell and are a ridiculous price. We get them refilled but the quality is not the best. I'd opt for something like a Lexmark, ridiculously cheap in Dunnes at the moment.

I think they were down to something like 25e at one stage last year (or the year before). Mind the replacement ink costs as mentioned, nearly like buying a disposable printer. :)

Which printers work out cheapest in the long run, taking cost of printer and relpacement ink into consideration.

They were down to €15. I got 5 for €19 or someting laughable like that because their website is bad at math :D

Avoid Lexmark. Dell used to (still do?) sell rebadged Lexmarks as their own. They're terrible, terrible printers. Some of the more recent ones have improved their print quality (but not by much) and it costs a fortune to replace their ink cartridges. As was mentioned above, some ink carts don't take well to refilling (or the quality of the refill is bad) and the results aren't great (but considerably cheaper than buying official Lexmark carts and still having not-so-great prints.
