    Hello,
    does anyone have any info on how to get a Dandie Dinmont terrier? Preferably to rescue or adopt as I would prefer to do that than buy, but if buying is the only option for this breed then any info would be really appreciated,

    They are not a common dog in Ireland as far as I know, you would more than likely have to go to the UK to get one.

    I do know of a very good breeder in the Meath area but I haven't any contact details. Have you tried getting in touch with the IKC to see if they know of any in Ireland? She doesn't produce them very often. I believe they are quite hard to breed, can't remember why.

    CW, do have a name that you could maybe email maybe and I could go from there? I'll be getting in touch with IKC Monday to see if they have any info, though from my search so far it does seem like they are hard to find.
