Turok demo up on the US store

Downloaded the Turok demo a while ago. I thought it was an average fps. Nothing new or innovative in it, though blowing up the dinosaurs was pretty cool. It might tide me over until the next wave of big games come out(DMC4,GTA4,MGS4 etc) come out.

Cheers for the heads-up. Not exactly a Turok fan but no harm giving it a go I suppose.

I wouldn't bother. I DL'd this from XBox Live a few days ago and thought it was god-awful. Wander around in a dark cave for five minutes and then keep getting constantly knocked off your feet by raptors head-butting you from behind. Extremely annoying.

Plus, dare I say, I'm actually starting to get a little but tired of the Unreal engine. All the games are starting to look the same. Lends new meaning to the phrase "generic FPS".

It would be a good game a couple of years ago, other games just set expectations too high for this game to live up to (judging by the demo).

I think in the interest of fairness we'll have to give the full thing a try.

Is there any Multiplayer level in the demo or is it just Single Player?
