Hi Going to new york next month and looking for any hotel recommendations. going for 4 nights. i have been there before - the hotel we stayed in was great location (just one block away from times square, broadway etc) we are looking for somewhere near there again. we dont mind walking but somewhere central would be great.…

Hi

Going to new york next month and looking for any hotel recommendations. going for 4 nights. i have been there before - the hotel we stayed in was great location (just one block away from times square, broadway etc) we are looking for somewhere near there again. we dont mind walking but somewhere central would be great. any recommendations appreciated, average budget...dont really intend on spending much time in the hotel but still want something decent

I've heard great things about the affinia manhattan and affinia dumont. Also the michael angelo is meant to be good. I havent been myself but loads of people i know have. I've heard you should stay away from the fitzpatrick and the pensilvania. hope that helps. Trip advisor is a fantastic tool when booking hotels.
