I was pretty taken aback by all the horrible comments made by people when Perez posted this story a few hours ago - loads of people were criticising her for smoking and saying it was her own fault. In fairness, she was photographed with a cigarette once, back in December, before she'd even announced (known?) that she was pregnant, which isn't exactly grounds for kicking someone when they're down.

An inevitability though - being horrible to people seems to sell a lot of magazines.

Perez is reporting that Lily's boyfriend has dumped her. Boo, bad form. Although I guess if things weren't going to work out between them then at least it happened before they had a kid together...

Just weeks after suffering a devastating miscarriage, Lily Allen, 22, has been dumped by her much elder boyfriend, Chemical Brothers Ed Simons.

The pair had only been dating since September.

"They tried to make things work but couldn’t," says a pal of Allen's. "The miscarriage was a horrible experience for both of them - and in recent weeks the mood between them had been really strained."

Adds the friend, "Lily is really upset things haven’t worked out for her and Ed. She had talked about settling down for good and having a family. But there is a big age difference and the heartbreak they had to cope with was too much too early in their relationship."

Lily Allen has found a new fella to help her get over her breakup with Chemical Brother, Ed Simons and rather suprisingly it's Rupert Grint...better known as Ron Weasley.

The Harry Potter star and Lily have been seen out and about enjoying each other's company after meeting st the premiere of the'Order Of The Phoenix' last year. A friend said of Lily, 'She told him (Rupert) she was a bigger fan of Ron than Harry himself and they hit it off well, although they kept in touch rather than met up at first.

After Lily's split from Ed things changed. Rupert offered Lily a shoulder to cry on and she's taken it. They get on really well and he makes her laugh.'

Ooh we think this could potentially develop into the cutest relationship of 2008!

LILY ALLEN has suffered renewed heartbreak after losing a second baby. The star, who was six months pregnant, was rushed to hospital on Thursday morning after complaining of stomach pain. But efforts to save the unborn child, over the weekend, tragically failed. In August the chart-topper announced she was expecting with builder boyfriend SAM COOPER after she had completed a successful three-month scan. Two years ago the singer suffered a similarly tragic set of circumstances when she miscarried a child. In December 2007 she revealed she was pregnant by then boyfriend ED SIMMONS of the CHEMICAL BROTHERS. However, she lost the baby the following month. Lily has been dating Sam, who runs a posh decorating firm, since July 2009. She has referred to him as "the love of my life". A spokesperson for the star said: "It is with great sadness that we have to confirm that Lily Allen and Sam Cooper have lost their baby. The couple ask that their privacy be respected and that they be left alone at this deeply distressing time. No further comment will be made".

It is very sad, second time to happen as well.

If I were her, I would go for surrogacy next time, as she obviously has some kind of a problem with carrying to term, and whatever I would have to do to ensure a healthy delivery (and if I had the money, of course), I would. Better than leaving herself open to the possibility of it happening again, and again...

I was in tears over her tragic loss - both her and her partner must be devastated. You never get over a loss like that but you learn to carry on.

Loosing a baby is a horrible thing it makes you feel empty inside my heart goes out to the poor girl.

I was so heartbroken for her when I heard, one early miscarriage can be common enough but to lose another and at 6 months? Awful. My aunt lost a baby at 6 months, so traumatising, when you think you're nearly there.
