Can you recommend on a cheap and reliable place which prints quality digital photos, preferably an online service (accepts Laser :p) ??

Tried photobox; they are cheap (think there was a code knocking around here for 50 free prints - if you search the archives it may still be valid) and they give you 20 (maybe 30) free prints when you sign up - you just pay the postage (i think i paid €2-€3).

TBH - the end quality i wasn't overly pleased with but to be fair to them, the batch i had them print probably wasn't the best (and they were something that I had to do rather than wanted to do). I think i've seen others here posting about reasonable results. Again you may find some threads if you search with photobox.

    Hope that helps.

I've tried both photobox.ie and bonusprint.ie and both are very competitive in terms of price and I must say I was pleased with both. photobox probably did a little bit better on the quality stakes. I also did a few 20" x 16" poster enlargements with photobox and these were surprisingly good.

photobox is your only man.. just a damn crying shame that the delivery is so pitifully slow

Yeah photobox delivery can take up to weeks. If you signing up I'll send you a link getting you 30 free credits, and me 30 free credits! Have to get some printed actually. Delivery is now €4 with photobox and I 've gotten photos printed by photobox and snapfish and photobox was definitely better!

I used to do the upload+wait for delivery thing at foto.com to save a few quid, but prices in the shops around the place have come way down recently. For example, I paid 15c each for about a 100 7x5s there during the week.

    What shop was that?

These were from Sam McCauley pharmacist on the ground floor of St Stephen's Green Shopping Centre - it's handy for me as I walk by there every day. They've a 25% off offer this month, but even 7x5 for 20c is as about good as you'd get online. Harvey Norman are pretty competitive as well and they print while you wait, but the paper's a bit thin. Lots of shops will do 100 6x4s for E20 overnight. Comes down to convenience really more than budget - if your daily routine doesn't pass a suitable shop, upload and receive by post may be handier.

Harvey Norman's pretty good..19cent for 4 x6inch prints and 39cent for 7x 5inch prints..normally you get them straight away too!

Dundrum shopping centre are trying to charge 80cent for some of their instant photos (4 x6inch)!
