    They are the magic piece of equipment that are the final word on fitness, ever.

    Or... they are used by some athletes for rehab and someone wants to make a buck out of them.

    Would they be useful for someone who was a good bit overweight and had dodgy knees? Just to get on the right track before starting proper exercise?

    I hear that this years olympics are the last ones with actual track & field events, from 2012 on they are just gonna use these things!


    Seriously, if something sounds too good to be true it usually is - do some proper exercise!

    Sounds like an easy way out of exercising - just do proper exercise, and you'll get the proper results.
