I dunno, it seemed to run into the summer last year so I'm guessing easter maybe?

Although maybe it'll replace Prison Break. Yeah it is a little odd at first without Burke but you soon get used to it, good series so far!!!

I think it'll probably replace Desperate Housewives when that finishes it's run. But it's more complicated than usual because of the strike.

Personally, while I think season 4 has been slightly better than season 3 was, it's still nowhere near as good as it used to be. I used to love Grey's Anatomy, but I dont really have much interest in it anymore.

An Oscar-nominated actress has been cast in a recurring role in the medical drama 'Grey's Anatomy'.

The Hollywood Reporter says that Amy Madigan will appear in five episodes of the show.

Madigan, who was Oscar-nominated for her performance in the film 'Twice in a Lifetime', will play a psychiatrist at Seattle Grace Hospital.

AdvertisementFollowing the resolution of the Hollywood writers' strike, 'Grey's Anatomy' returns to US TV on 24 April, with Madigan making her debut in that night's episode.

Amy Madigan has booked a multi-episode arc on Grey's Anatomy, sources confirm to me exclusively. The Oscar-nominated thesp — and former co-star of HBO's gone-but-not-forgotten Carnivale — is playing a psychiatrist who, and I'm just speculating here, may be the one to help Meredith get over her commitment issues, thus paving the way for the Mer/Der reunion Shonda Rhimes has been hyping.

Meanwhile, Madigan's former Carnivale co-star, Clea DuVall, will fill the "everywoman housewife" role I teased in last week's Ask Ausiello. Her George Clooney-esque husband will be played by Jason O'Mara (Men in Trees, In Justice). I'm guessing one of them will be a patient. Both are on board for two episodes.
