BT Broadband 8MB upload speed?

Does any have the upload speed details for BTs 8MB package? Sorry if this is already answered somewhere, searched but couldn't find it.

Same as 3MB package... 384Kbps. 8MB is the same as 3MB, only it's downstream is up to 8MB.

Actually Im pretty sure it is 1meg upload

My modem gives me under 500kb upload. Assumed it was a 512kb upload speed.
