Pemba, did you ever apply for this? Anyone else got any experience of this M.A?

Yea I know someone who has done it. Mixed review, they usually take about 10-16 on it, runs 2 days per week but insanely condensed hours, like 8-9 hours a day. Lasts 3 semesters. Quality of lecturers is alright, only the course leader would have any significant experience of working in sport psychology though. Its also super expensive like €6000 in fees and it would take forever to make that back working part time as a sport psychologist in Ireland. I think a few grads have got sports development officer jobs but these are hardly ever advertised anymore.
So basically if you intend getting a fulltime job in the area you wont have a snowballs chance in hell of making a living out of it let alone making back the fees but its a decent course with room for improvement apparently

Thanks for the feedback kob29. Doesn't much sound like it's worth doing then, at least not with a view to getting some sort of employment out of it.

What did your friend who did it end up doing for a living?
