    Nanosolar, with a capital cost about €670 per kW of capacity = world’s lowest cost solar. 25 year warranty. Non-fragile, can be cut to any size from a roll like fabric or foil. They have production plants near Berlin (Luckenwalde) and in San Jose, CA. Their production capacity is completely sold out for 2008!
