if you've been very unactive for some time, but need to get back in shape as fast as poss, what do you think is the maximum you should train (inc weights, ashtanga yoga and cardio such as aerobics) without risk of injury such as shin splints and inflamed achilles tendons which i suffered several years go whilst overtaining, I don't want it to flare back up again.

D you think doing one 1hr workout vid a day for the first few weeks, alternating a weight training vid with a cardio vid, one per day. Then after a couple of weeks upping it to 2 per day, is ok?
