I read the first page (40 posts - thread started in April), and the last page. On the first page everything looks hunky dory, but on the last page I can see that some people report transferring money and not getting access to the funds and having trouble getting it returned over a period of 100 + days, so I would recommend caution. It also seems that a lot of verification of identity may be required, similar to neteller etc.

Some poeple seemed to use it with no problems though including no verification needed, so maybe it was just specific methids of transfers that caused problems. I've no need for it anyhow, but it does seem interesting.

This should work for all sites

Get the Kildare Village (outlet centre) gift card and load it up with whatever amount you want (up to 1500.00)
It is an actual prepaid credit card issued by Newcastle building society. It can also be topped up at the customer service centre in the village.

Also very handy for holidays if you want to keep your own CC safe.

It seems that its use is restricted to limited number of outlets tough.Do you know more about it?

How is it that we can use it on vacation than?

dont know if it allows transfer to gambling companies?

    Hi Macs,

this seems to be the same thing as the replacement cards Neteller issued to replace the old neteller atm cards. ...in Neteller's case they hooked up with a credit card services company called Altair Financial and Neteller account holders were automatically issued with one of their pre-paid Master Cards...very very handy (not so much for withdrawing poker money from Neteller as charges & exchange rates are stiff enough) but for any one without a credit card it eliminates the disadvantages of the 3V option as you actually have a physical card you can use booking into hotel and paying for stuff over the counter...you can check them out on www.altair-financial.com - nice to have a "credit card" you never get a bill for...;)

It is rare for any type of prepaid card to be used on poker sites
