ntl chorus essential pack

    Hi, mods feel free to move this if i have it in the wrong forum.

    I have a qquestion with regards the ntl chorus digi essential pack, tv phone and 3mb broadband! What is the digi package like for channels as in what do you get? whats the 3mb broadband like?

    any info welcome thanks!!

    Can't comment on 3Mb but their 6Mb broadband is bloody fast on pretty much everything except torrenting (see big thread in the broadband forum!). Pretty rock solid connection too, has only dropped out on me twice since I got it (and this was a general fault with the network).

    As for phone, according to ntl I can't get their phone service in my area even though I have broadband with them AND the modem they have given me is the ATA box which they use for their phone service, with the two phone sockets on the back :rolleyes:. I use blueface for my voice service instead. General reports on boards seems to be that the service is just as good as an eircom phone line, except it costs far less.
