Any ideas on what to do with this one?

I'm in the I/O satelite at the minute and I raise with AJs and a shortie shoves behind me and I call when it comes back..

he shows 66 and flop comes with a J and 3 hearts neither of us have hearts..

Before the turn is dealt I get a message saying you are being moved to new table and now I'm at a new table having not seen turn or river.

there is no record of the hand in my hand history...

I've been onto support and they told me to e-mail them the details and a copy of the hand history... I dont have it? would it be somewhere else on my computer?

    Ideas?

just as a BTW It's on ipoker and I'm not with ppp..

I cant tell if I won the hand as I'm not sure what I had going into the hand but I didn't loose... I think I might have got back what I had in chips before the hand

i was at a table and some dude makes it 180. shortie shoves. dude takes a while and calls with aj. shortie had 66.

    i assume that was you?

if it was you won the pot on a jqk flop or something

flop came all hearts and then i was moved I hit a J on flop i know.....

great stuff... the power of the interwebbie thingey!

now having a campaign to have the river removed from texas holdem!

yeah thats right. as i saw it you won the pot then got moved. probably just a lag or something. tut tut @ not knowing your stack though

other important stuff going on... ie cash games..

I think it was a software glitch seeing the hand as finished when i wa all in and there was no delay or anything I was moved int he middle of the hand

you've got to be joking, thats a **** disgrace. I complain a few weeks ago about a player mis-using the disconnect option, support agreed with me and refuse to refund or suspend his account etc. Ipoker is a joke, but you've got to love the fish.

I would love to know what the legal situation is? terms and conditions to not protect this sites, they just like to use them as a way of making you feel you can't complain.

I presume Mr Plough has a HH for you Macs? Sounds like a ridiculous software flaw tbh.

MAc, you must have a HH from the hand before and the one after even if that one is missing - so you can see if you got the hand or not.

yeah by method of deduction I can see I won the hand in question.... he wa a shortie so I wasn't sure....

didn't do me any good anyway as I spent the whole time shortstacked and managed to find AA twice with My AJ and AK for 2 of my pushes....

thanks guys.... i don't really need the hh now but would have been nice to have been left at the table to see the hand out....

I've mailed support anyway letting them know the situation

When you go to the tournament in the hand history area and click the update local information button, does it not appear?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,615 ✭✭✭Mr.Plough

thanks White Knight.... Here is the elusive HH....

and ipoker please leave me at the table to see myself getting rivered....

I would say it's a very unusual situation... a player is due to be moved and then he goes all in and is moved before the end of the hand.... glitch I think....

But not to mind.... if I had lost the hand it would ahve been different ;p

if the hand history was not there, i would be worried about a tech fault .. but all the details provided does point towards a lag in connection imo

I agree but at the time there was no delay I got the message literly as the flop hit the board.... anyway not a major problem
