there was 56 seconds to go and SD had the ball back, suddenly the clock was on 11 seconds and the lads were walking off? is there a time delay ? we missed the last 40 seconds....

All they had too do was kneel so the cameras didnt keep showing it. If a time kneel with 39 seconds left and the opposition dont have a TO the game is effectively over so they call it there and let the teams com on the field and shake hands etc.

Edit - IF Rivers could learn how too manage a game he could be an excellent QB, it's a shame he's a mouthy so and so though.

Well the way the Colts defense played tonight it was a matter of time before they were out. New England would probably have slaughtered them next week on that showing. They played defense like a team out of it by Halloween. They were a disgrace.

It says something when the Chargers can lose Phil Rivers and LT and with a banged up tight end still waltz down the field to give you a beating late in the 4th quarter when you're at home in the playoffs. I couldn't see a lot of pride there when it's on the line in your last game before you leave the stadium, and you're defending champions.

Yeah he was een trash talking to the crowd at the end of the game too, commentators didnt like that. All class is Rivers. Was it against the Bengals in the regualr season and he was mouthing off at Palmer? Or am I getting games mixed up, there was definately a reg season game and he was mouthing off at another QB when he was off the field. Seems a right little scut does Rivers.

Colts defense was shambolic. They just allowd the Chargers to run all over them. So f*cking frustrating when they have guys like Manning and Clark in Offense. Baaaahhhhhh!!! :mad:

Great game edge of the seat stuff. I hope the Chargers aren't to beat up for next week now that they got there act together they might give the Pats more of a challenge this time round.
