Purchasing down in ITMS ...

    Hey anyone else here try to purchase anything on ITMS in the past few days? I've been trying to buy an album, the account validates ok, but then it telss me I am unable to purchase at this time that there are problems with ITMS and to try again later, but days on still no joy. Just wondering if its just me at this stage?

    I bought two albums in the last 4 days. Granted, I bought them from the iTunes store on my iPhone but I assume they're all coming from the same location.

    Ive bought one or two songs but i can't seem to de-authorize my iTunes a/c on my old laptop!

    Similar problem trying to gift my friend music. It keeps saying my account details have changed re: my credit card. I freaked out and went to the bank who said my card was fine and was payed off. Back on iTunes and it still won't accept the card:confused: My podcasts keep failing to download aswell (all err -3259) but restart fine when I ask it to. Annoying.

    I had the same problem last night, it did ask me to update my card details, seems the security code was missing from the saved info. Once I re-entered that it was fine again, looks like they have run some software update on the system, seems alot of people are being asked to validate their details.

    Tried again a while ago and managed to complete the purchase this time, whatever was going on with it. Nice to know others were having a bit of bother with it too though.
