Well like many others at this time of year, getting started with a new routine. New to the area, i am curious about Red Bull. I do find it gives an energy boost that i can't find anything else delivering. For me it seems to be what Nicorette is for giving up smoking. Am i just fooling myself though?

If you go to Tesco you can 1 litre of Diet Kick for 89c.
    Popular with students doing exams.

Basically the same thing as Red Bull at a fraction of the price.
I don't know will it help your fitness goals but you might save some cash
