"Fitness" DVD - which one?

I need your help lads and ladies. Can anyone recommend a good fitness DVD? Think Davina McColl and tre other ones you see advertised around New Years resolution time...

Anyway, I'm buying this as a present for someone who wants to workout at home. I've looked on Amazon and Play and it's become clear that a lot of the 'fitness' DVD's are pretty rubbish.

Are there any good ones out there? Particularly one with routines to improve CV fitness and burn fat, not weight or strength training. I want to buy something that will help this person rather than something that's useless.

    Thanks in advance.

Can't recommend it personally, but my sister prefers to work out at home as well and has gone through her fair share of fitness dvd's and has said the best one by far, is the new one by Natalie Cassidy (Sonia from eastenders). She said the music is great, its easy to follow and guaranteed to work up a sweat!

Does it have to be a celebrity?

I can't imagine any of the January releases they pile onto the shelves being great.

Doesn't have to be a celebrity at all, just a decent fitness DVD! Of course you know how it is, if there is a 'celebrity DVD' out there that is actually good, it'll probably be appreciated by this particular recipient more than one with an 'unknown' presenting it...such is the power of celebrity culture unfortunately...
