Was reading MCN and saw that Hein Gericke are having a sale till the 31st Jan. Is it worth heading up to buy new gear up there or better to shop down here in Dublin?

Better to travel up there.. Particularly if you want to buy a helmet.
No VAT on helmets up there.

I like to browse the German site.. Prices are in Euro..
Language is a bit of a barrier though!

Have you had a look in Cotters in Ballymount yet.
Really cheap for gear and has good stuff.

A lot of gear in packed in boxes but well worth a rummage as you can pick up some real bargains.

I know about Cotters, but I heard he was having a sale before Christmas as he is only stocking cheap and dear stuff. I want mid range. Apparently he's tidied it up and has stuff on hangers:eek:
