Amateur mma competition at UFR Gym Antrim

    The next Amateur mma competition at the UFR gym Antrim will be held on JANUARY 20TH
    This is Tournament format with eight competitors in each weight division with the winners in each round progressing to semi final then final,trophys for winners and runners up in each weight division

    weight divisions are -70kg
    -80kg
    -90kg
    open weight
    This is always a relaxed day and a great way to start competeing in mma
    mouthguard,groinguard,knee pads and mma gloves are required
    entry fee is £15,weigh in is frm 11-11.30 first bout at noon
