Shipping Problems With Musicstore

    Hi

    anyone have any shipping problems after ordering from MusicStore.de?

    I ordered a piano bundle pack before the Christmas; Consisting of a Digital Piano worth 1800 euro and headphones and a dvd/book and stool. This item was to be a late christmas present to my mother.

    She rang me earlier saying a package arrived. They only sent the headphones/book and stool....and NO PIANO!!

    For the last few hours, I've been trying to get through to them to investigate, but I keep getting cut-off!

    Anyone else have any negative experience with this store?
