Movers in Dublin city centre

Anyone know the number of some good but not too expensive movers in Dublin city centre. Need to move Friday. Don't necessarily need a van as will prob be able to get my hands on a car. Just movin from dame st to george's quay but have a bit of a foot prob so not up to carrying much weight. Thanks!!
