What's your diet like? What's your exercise routine?

my diet could be better but its better than it was! as for excercise, i run about 3 miles 4 or 5 times a week. and do weights in the gym maybe twice. but i want to concentrate more on the weights, maybe purchase my own aswell

ok for weights www.irish-lifting.com is the only place you need go. They also do quality protein as does www.pronutrition.ie (seems to be down at the mo)

and in relation to basic info start off with the stickies and then come back with your diet and more specific questions
