    Hi,

Anyone know a good builder willing to work in the Monaghan / Cavan area?

    Thanks as always!

Best advice i can give is to go to the local hardware store and look for some names from the manager.

Word of mouth is always the best way of finding a good tradesman. Ask around whether it be in the local hardware store as mentioned or the pub on a Saturday night or pick a few houses in the area that have just been recently built and occupied and knock on the door and ask about their builder.

Oh and someone said to me recently, and they have a point too, avoid the guy with the nice shiny van - he hasnt been on too many sites ;)
