Vodafone Insurance

My Phone got smashed today and it is insured with vodafone. When i say mashed, a car drove over it? My question is, will they try nd fix it or replace it. I have a Nokia N95, if they do replace it will it be with a 1 that has the 8GB capacity? Anyone know.?
