New portable laptop ideas.

Hey every1.

Have been in edinburgh now for 4 months and am going to buy a laptop this week. It wont be used for anything too stressful browsing word processing and maybe a small bit of video editing, but since i will be travelling next year i want something portable. So heres what ive been looking at.

I cant decide between the 2 Will a 12 inch screen be too small or would a 14 be too big.

Ive about £500/800 euro to spend.

What are your opinions on a 12 inch screen on a laptop. yay or nay

It really depends on personal preference. For some people it would be great for others it would be unusable.

One last question would there be much of a difference between the 2 cpus. the dual core t2310 and the core 2 duo t5250

The core 2 duo would be a much better processor than the pentium.

Supposedly very good,seller has great feedback....

Your taking a risk with the custom fee though,judging by the feedback looks like a 5% catch rate with customs....

Well i went for the 12incher, i wont be doing anything too demanding so the cpu should be fine.
