Invision PB or Vbulletin?

Thought I'd start a wee discussion on this. Would you go for IPB or VB when making a forum? Why? I like VB, for it's ability to be customised. Although looking at IPB, which I don't know too much about, looks really flashy and smooth. :cool:

Why?

I like VB, for it's ability to be customised.

Although looking at IPB, which I don't know too much about, looks really flashy and smooth.

The reason VB swings me is because so many people have used it (boards, askaboutmoney, etc.) that they'll feel more comfortable using your website.

If you are looking for free then checkout phpbb or SMF..... if you are going pay then vb, no question.....
